She knew I only had 20 minutes to get ready after my flight and made sure my room was close enough so I could freshen up quickly. That extra bit of attentiveness really made a difference! "Great place! Only downfall was the tv. Never have been to a hotel where you need to use your only streaming. I tried, but our tv had too many apps so I wasn’t allowed to download. That’s not cool. Plus our controller had to be replaced with a junky controller with no back. Batteries taped in. Not good. "
