"Very welcoming staff and lovely decorated bright rooms which are comfortable and have everything you need. Smaller than usual more modern hotels but still plenty big enough. A short walk to town and Glenwood Hot Springs. We loved the hotel and decor . We ate in the bar one night and food was excellent. Bar staff are very friendly and know their drinks. "

"Lovely. Staff excellent and very attentive. Mountain view excellent. Didn’t like that the bed mattress did not have a cover on it. Also, no VIP or Expedia Gold perks were offered until I asked for a late checkout. They were going to charge us for that, however, I mentioned that we had Expedia perks and then they did not charge us for that. I was disappointed that no perks were offered. "

"Very clean and cozy only thing was the pools location is awkward, its in the middle of the hotel so there's a big draft. Swimming pool is super cold because of this and you can't get warm the hot tub was good though and it has a steam room!"

"We had a great stay. Staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Nice area by the door of each room to hang up ski gear and place wet footwear. Hotel pool and hot tub were terrific. Breakfast area was very nice and the breakfast food variety was outstanding"
