"The bed and bedding were the most comfortable I've ever experienced. Everything was meticulously clean and cared for. Walkable to adorable shopping area with restaurants.The whole town looked like a seaside fairytale, with this property adding to the charm. Thoughtful room layout with very comfortable furnishings, but please put up some hooks by the door. Loved the contactless concierge where door access codes are sent to you via email, but please be aware there was some confusion as we were provided multiple codes, one of which did not work. Overall loved the stay and will recommend to others! "

"The staff here are so nice and very helpful. The room was awesome and we enjoyed all the amenities (lighted, de-fogging mirror in the bathroom, heating light by the shower, etc). It was quiet, the bed was very comfortable. The room was super clean. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the hotel."

"We enjoyed our stay! This was the friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever come across; everyone was so kind and helpful. The room was clean and cozy and the bed was very comfortable. I didn’t love the parking situation (you have to park in a lot or garage nearby and walk your stuff down the street) but it’s not the hotel’s fault that they are located in a pedestrian-only area. Perfect for a touristy stay in Salem! "
