"This is our second time to Rockport within 6 months to attend shows at the Shalin Liu Center ( a magnificent venue!) Sally Webster Inn is walking distance to not only the center, but restaurants and shopping. We stayed in the Anne Bonney king room. It was so easy to access, private, very clean and the bed is super comfortable. "What a treat it was to stay at the Hydrangea Inn. Joan was a gracious hostess who made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and a great time to ask Joan questions about the area. "Run by the kindest people (and friendliest cats!) in all of Salem, and could not possibly be more centrally located! You can walk everywhere from here, and you have a front row seat to any events in the square - it's literally right across the street. Parking in Salem is at a premium, and we are driving a crew cab truck to make it even worse, but Matt went WELL above and beyond to make sure we got a great spot. "Beautiful, cozy stay near the ocean. Beautiful views a short walk away. Because of the weather we didn't get to use much of the outdoor space, but several nice chairs outside. Felt pretty private, separate entrance from rest of house. The grill was a nice touch, but nowhere to sit and eat inside (other than the bed) so we didn't get a chance to cook. Thanks for the lovely stay!"
