"They were quick to change our room when we found that the heat didn’t work but they had the pool area closed for quite some time and each staff member had a different story as to why. I stayed at this property 9 months ago and it has gone severely downhill since."

"The staff went out of their way to answer all of questions about the history of the property. They went above and beyond every time we wanted something. There aren't many hotels left with this amount of character on their property and this was has character in spades. We started planning for our next trip before we even left. We even think we might use it for our next business party or conference."

"Great experience! The staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel itself was clean and smelled clean as well. No stains on towels or bedding. Excellent hot water and pressure with all showers. We did not eat breakfast there only because we were visiting family due to a loss. We didn’t have time to check out the pool unfortunately. The only thing we noticed that could be improved was the bed. It wasn’t terrible but one a bit more comfortable would’ve made our stay darn near perfect! "

"The room was in good condition and clean. Some flaws; we had the Jacuzzi room, the switch panel was to close to button so it would get stuck. Could still use the jets though so not a big issue. I would say that's about it, everything else a great and the additions of the soaps and shampoos in the room. "
