We were placed in a stinky smoking room with non working TV, a sink that leak water, room keys that didn’t work (the manager finally gave us a master key so we can go in and out). The hotel look liked an abandoned place from a horror movie and the lobby was totally empty for hours at a time. "Room lock was broken and one of the lamps didn't work. Reported at checkout so hopefully it was fixed."

"I went on a day the restaurant was closed and there was no microwave in the room, so that sucked. While I was thrilled they had refillable shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and lotion, their coffee was in disposable plastic trays. The shower took a long time to get hot, but it was nice once it did, and the towels were very nice! Overall, good, but could be a little better. "

"The reception Staff were lovely. The hotel itself needed some attention. The smoke alarm was missing in our room. One chair was wobbly. One out of 4 nights, our room did not get cleaned. Area, very quiet and safe."
