We were placed in a stinky smoking room with non working TV, a sink that leak water, room keys that didn’t work (the manager finally gave us a master key so we can go in and out). The hotel look liked an abandoned place from a horror movie and the lobby was totally empty for hours at a time. "Limited dining and to much smoking in casino. Non smoking room still had faint smell of smoke. Unfortunately there are a lot of stupid people who go into the bathroom and light up. "

"The reception Staff were lovely. The hotel itself needed some attention. The smoke alarm was missing in our room. One chair was wobbly. One out of 4 nights, our room did not get cleaned. Area, very quiet and safe."
