"The structures themselves are 1970's construction. The interior of the condo I rented was updated. It's basic, not fancy but has everything one needs and the location is prime, there is abundant wildlife both and feline and chicken to endlessly entertain whilst sitting on the lanai. The kitchen was well stocked with gear, I did cook a couple of lunches and prepared all breakfasts here without any issue. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and quickly responsive. Great vibe. The prices are reasonable for Princeville. I did not sit at the pool but walked by several times; smaller than the photos indicate so not really for swimming to exercise, but a very pleasant place to hang out. I saw a few people there quietly enjoying the sun every time I passed. Not busy, just one or two folks. There were also multiple chaise lounges, two grills and a picnic table right next to my condo building overlooking a jungle forest with a view of the mountains in the background. The only complaint I would have is that there is not adequate sound insulation (in my opinion) in the ceiling and I could hear the footsteps of the guests above. That said there was no noise through the walls so not bad overall. Plus the north shore in general shuts down early at night with sound ordinances, so overall very quiet! I would absolutely book again. If you're looking for a fancy place that's IG bait this isn't it. But the entirety of Kauai is breathtakingly beautiful so this covers good basic accommodation. "

Large & Inviting Townhome in Walkable Location - Perfect for Large Groups!

Great location and stay

"The property was clean, easy to access, and had solid ammenities for our week long stay including sufficient dishes, washer/dryer, and more. I cannot stress enough that you need to bring earplugs. This was my 5th stay on the island and had the absolute loudest roosters. I think they are nesting very close to the windows and start crowing around 2am."

Beautiful Plumeria Cottage-Anini Beach Plantation Style Home

Lovely Beach House

"We had a great visit at Plumeria cottage. The beach is right across the street with plenty of sea turtles and snorkeling. The house was beautiful with a nice garden space and a screened in dining room that was perfect for eating or playing games. The house had plenty of amenities like spices and oils to cook with, a great grill and plenty of kitchen tools. We have two teens so it was nice they each had their own space as well. There were water toys under the house which was great to be able to take to the beach and not rent chairs, snorkeling gear, etc. The house was clean and well furnished. We are looking forward to returning!"

Spacious and comfortable!

"The house has a perfect layout for families with ample seating and a beautiful lanai. For those that want it, the air conditioning is great. Proximity to the grocery store, favorite beaches and farm markets is super convenient. Supplied beach chairs and boogie boards saved us additioonal rental fees. Some baby gear on site was helpful plus the recommendation for Babilicious to rent everything else we needed made it so that we could pack lighter and have the 'nice to have' items for the two under two that we were traveling with. Having a couple of empty cupboards to put groceries away in would be great. Some serving bowls would also be great. Would recommend that the owners evaluate what is in the kitchen cupboards, get rid of the non-functioning items and reorganize so that the guests don't ave to keep all of the groceries on the counters.Overall we loved the property and highly recommend it! Jeff & Shana were responsive and very helpful. "
