"Visting our daughter from the US while she studied at UCT just a mile away. Open right up out back to the Table National Park, 15 minutes from some great Vineyards that also had restaurants, easy to downtown, beaches and out to the more Wildlife attractions. Jonathan was great in keeping in touch with us his staff that helped out. "Listing stated that the home is 8557 square feet. That is not true, Listing also stated that the home has 3 baths. That also is not true. The method of drying clothes is by using a clothes line behind the home which also gets sprayed by the lawn sprinklers multiple times a day. Home does not have Air Conditioning and was too hot to sleep with windows closed. Home also has a pool which attracts insects which left us and our friends covered in bug bites each morning."

"The property Is in an excellent position and has a lot to offer BUT it needs a lot of TLC The patio door is unsafe as it frequently comes off its runners when opened which could prove a major problem .Also the upstairs bedroom windows were very difficult to open causing the bedroom to be like an oven at night time. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable holiday."
