However, it turns out that the Shuttle runs on a fixed schedule - every half hour only. Overall, a positive experience though. A 5 minute walk to the nearest metro which is 20 minutes from the main Brussels midi station. Staff were helpful and polite, breakfast was a good mix of hot and cold, continental and cooked. "Me encantó el hotel. Lo único malo fue que decidieron hacer un simulacro de emergencia y no avisaron antes. Entonces allí nos tuvieron muertos del miedo porque estábamos durmiendo hasta tarde por el cambio de horario y empezó a sonar la alarma. Fue horrible!!! La chica que estaba en el front desk se portó súper mal pues le pregunté que por qué no avisaron y me dijo le estoy avisando ahora…. En fin la experiencia con el hotel la salvó el chico que estaba de guardia por las noches que era súper...
