"What a lovely hotel. We loved the atmosphere, the warm and friendly staff, their responsiveness to questions… everything about our stay was perfect. This was our favorite hotel on our entire trip in Italy. "

"This was one of our favorite stays on our trip. Nothing beats the view of the ocean and watching the clouds roll in with the church bell chiming in the background. Continental breakfast was great for the price of free. The only thing worth advising is that there are A LOT of steps to get up to the hotel, and with baggage it is not a task to be taken lightly. There is a second elevator in the town that would have solved this problem, but it is still closed for renovation. We managed though, and enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff and amazing location."

"Great location between Corniglia and Manarola. Hotel perched up 1,000 ft above sea level and you can see down coast to Monterosso. Removed from noise of towns: quiet stay, amazing breakfast, friendly and accommodating staff and free shuttle to town hourly. Careful on walk to Corniglia: it’s an Indiana Jones trail-steep, rocky, and scary. On site small cafe with food and drinks! 👍👍. Neptune statue from Monterosso. Trail pics hotel to Corniglia. "Incredible hostess, took very good care of us. The bathroom was very clean and updated, best shower I had in Italy. Breakfast was great, they take your order the night before so as not to waste food. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Cinque Terre."

"We loved our stay here! The room is very spacious and has a large balcony where we enjoyed our breakfast each morning. The room also has closet space with hangers, a mini fridge, and a hair dryer. The free breakfast has lots of great options including any type of coffee you'd like! If you are not very mobile, this is not the hotel for you (and possibly not the city for you). Getting to the center of the town requires you to go up/down a very steep hill, and depending on what floor you're on there are a decent amount of steps to your room. Google Maps will take you a longer way to get to the hotel, read your email the day before your stay because they emailed out directions for an easier route. The concierge was very helpful with a lot of recommendations for us."

"Very nice and clean, room is small but that’s to be expected in Europe if your custom to the US. The room could use a shelf in the bathroom to put your stuff when getting ready. Refrigerator in room is nice and works well. Very pleased with the accommodations "
