"This hotel is probably the cleanest I've ever stayed at. We had an issue with adjoining room smoking in the room and on the balcony (no smoking in undesignated areas policy). Since this hotel is located on the campus of the Mayo Clinic, I assume most stays are for the Clinic itself (my stay was), so smoking was taken seriosly and staff were kind and quick to correct the issue and follow up with us to let us know it was taken care of. Locations is perfect and walkable (flat) to Mayo, and includes a walking trail between the two buildings. This was super appreciated for someone who travels from a state with a TON of humidity and cant normally walk- but AZ I had NO pain at all, so I took advantage. (High of 98 when we were there in April). just about every room has a small balcony and it was great to sit out in the evenings and even watched coyotes in the back parking lot (no need to be scared of them- they are too scared of you)! Overall, this will be my go to place for further visits. Oh, and check out Fountain Hills, a very short drive, for wonderful views and lookout points!"

"The water pressure in shower head needs to be adjusted as it was a very soft pressure/light sprinkle. Made it difficult to wash hair etc. everything else was decent. "
