"We loved our stay here. Our flight came in late and I asked Luis if there would be coffee there already or if I needed to bring it. I wanted to be prepare for the morning since I knew stores would be closed on our arrival. he went out of his way to make sure we had coffee. He was quick to answer questions and even let us in personally and showed us around. I would stay here again. "

"We stayed in a Villa on the property. The service was great. Had good restaurants, a huge pool, and another pool by the villa side with a bar. The food truck there was good. So many things to do for my kids They enjoyed the activities by the kids club, ping pong, putting green, and pickleball. I would definitely stay there again! "

"The apartment was exactly what we needed and the location was perfect. The place was spacious, clean and well maintained. We were a party of 6 and felt comfortable. The host always responded quickly when I asked questions and provided great dinner and beach options. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to stay in the Rio Grande area."

"This was our first time visiting Puerto Rico, and I am so glad that we stayed here! The condo was perfect for our family (bunk beds for the kids, our own room and bathroom, washer and dryer in unit). The balcony was another favorite feature, with views of the beach and mountains. But the beach was absolutely the most spectacular part, and nicer than the other beaches we visited (Seven seas, Luquillo). There was a coral reef we could snorkel on our own, just a short walk down the beach to the west. The pool was lovely as well (note, the small rectangular pool in the photos is not a hot tub, just a small wading pool). Easy access to El Yunque, great local restaurants, nearby grocery store and other shopping. Both Fajardo and San Juan are easy driving distance as well. The condo had boogie boards, a volleyball, some beach toys, plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella, towels, pretty much everything we needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"My family stayed here April of 2025. We had the best experience and so far my favorite of all house rentals I've stayed at. The back yard makes you feel like you are in your own private world. The house was very clean and everything was provided. The community is also very safe and quiet. Princess was so communicative and extremely quick to respond. She answered all my questions clearly. When ever there was an issue it was taken care of immediately. I was also here for the island wide blackout and the property generator kicked on right away and saved us. I highly recommend this home away from home."
