You are asked for your coffee order conveniently before breakfast so you can enjoy a fresh cup before breakfast outside overloking the lush vegetation and the Atlantic. The owners greet you when you arrive with a tasty welcoming drink and get yoi settled in. A wonderful, helpful staff (shout out to Diane) that is available to answer questions, help with directions and just generally help you feel at home. A yoga room, saltwater pool and a hiking trail just outside you door. Go here. Relax. Hike. Zen Out and prepare yourself for a once in a lifetime stay. "

"Very nice hotel with clean rooms, helpful staff, and especially loved the beach right on the property. Much more peaceful and less people than going out to a public beach. The restaurants on site are great too. "

"Peter keeps a modern, tidy and very comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the 2nd floor of very complex in Rio Grande just steps from a pristine beach. Our family of four enjoyed a wonderful week over New Years swimming and boogie boarding in the ocean, relaxing at the beach with the beach chairs and boogie boards provided, swimming in the pool and cooking meals in the well appointed kitchen that had everything we needed. Having a kitchen stocked with new appliances, blender, toaster, and staples like olive oil, s&p and other spices, made cooking a breeze. Features like filtered water and a Brita for the refrigerator are the kind of extras that made staying at Peter's condo truly special. "
