"House was clean and the yard was great, there was a backdoor cabana with dining table/chairs and stuffed chairs, even lawn games and weight bench with weights. Owners nicely consented to communicate via text after email connection issues in PR, (mysterious page timeouts on cellphone, I couldn't access my email, this had nothing to do with this property). "My family of 6 all loved the house. It was comfy and had several places to either gather or escape to read or relax. My 2 adult sons, and their gals, loved the quick trek to the beach for sunny during the day and enjoying the sunset. Security in the area was impressive, neighbors were quiet and communication with Princess great! I highly recommend!"

"I really can’t think of anything bad to say about our stay here. We had our family vacation and we all had an amazing time. The house is beautiful and very well kept. Lots of room to roam and it’s a nice option to be able to swim at the pool or the ocean. There’s a lot of adventures to go on also that’s not too far away. The owners have thought of everything—games, beach chairs, a cooler for day trips, sunscreen, and insect repellant were all very nice to have on hand without having to bring our own or buy it. "In Rio Grande, cozy, large, old school, one tv but we were out a lot so was ok. Kitchen had everything we needed plus some. Great mountain and rainforest views, very close to Yunque rainforest, two Walmarts; one east and one west, plenty of places to eat. 20 mins from San Juan. Has its own little nightlife but not like San Juan. You will need to rent a car to get around unless you want to pay for ubers. Had to contact the host and she was very quick to respond and polite."
