"Not going to lie, it’s hard giving this a perfect review because more people are going to find out about one of the most beautiful and relaxing gems in the island of Puerto Rico. Staying here was everything I desire and needed, to be able to relax by yourself in a secluded area but allow you to be free was so good. My host was incredible and gave amazing suggestions. This place is the best I’ve stayed in a very long time. I highly recommend."

"Really clean, well decorated condo on the 2nd floor. She provided beach chairs, games, beach towels etc. Within walking distance to the east are great little restaurants that overlook surfers, have live music and kiosks. It's a 15 minute drive to the forest and other beautiful beach spots along the east. Fihardo"

"While the location of this property, the structure itself, and the views were outstanding, it fell short in some areas. The host did not have the unit well stocked with shampoo/conditioner, soap, towels, or kitchen basics. The furniture inside was not considered luxury, it was patio furniture, the linens on the bed were poor quality as well. Because there is no central A/C which is fine more fans would have been great to keep the common area cool!"

"The property is really beautiful and in a gated community. Really enjoyed staying there and Christophe is a wonderful host. Very easy to communicate and very helpful. The only thing I wished it was there was a generator as we lost power three time. Other than that I would highly recommend this property."

"My family of nine stayed at this property the same week they were hit with Tropical Storm Ernesto, we came with low expectations since the island just suffered a natural storm, the host Jay was very communicative and accommodating, the first two days with no power were just as enjoyable as the rest of our stay, he set up a generator and kept us comfortable! He gave great recommendations of things to do in Luquillo! But what stood out the most was how clean this house was, we have zero complaints...

"This home has everything you need and want. It has plenty of room for two families, 7 people in total. We felt safe. The pool was amazing! There’s plenty of games to play on rainy days for entertainment. Fyi, there are chickens and roosters running around crowing at all times but really didn’t bother us. Overall, A+++"

"This place was fantastic for our family and grandkids! The house was spacious, providing plenty of room to spread out, relax, and visit. The host provided canoes, life jackets, and numerous pool and beach toys for the kids. Rise early to watch the amazing sunrise over the ocean. After soaking up the warm sun, you can cool off in the roomy house, which has remote control AC units in each bedroom, the kitchen, and the living room. Each bathroom features a walk-in shower with a 4-way shower panel....

"In Rio Grande, cozy, large, old school, one tv but we were out a lot so was ok. Kitchen had everything we needed plus some. Great mountain and rainforest views, very close to Yunque rainforest, two Walmarts; one east and one west, plenty of places to eat. 20 mins from San Juan. Has its own little nightlife but not like San Juan. You will need to rent a car to get around unless you want to pay for ubers. Had to contact the host and she was very quick to respond and polite."

"The place was clean and beautiful exactly what the pictures shows me and my family had a good time in thethe olny thing i didn't like was the bugs and it really deep in the woods and me and my family was sitting on the deck and we heard multiple gun shots go offwe was kinda scared because we didnt know where it was coming from but overall the host was great and he respond very quickly and was very nice to my family pool"

"This property is absolutely gorgeous. I was worried about the openness of the floor plan but felt very safe during our stay. The beach is walking distance. There’s a kayak you’re free to use. My kids had a blast with it. There are shops and restaurants within a 10 minute drive. I will most definitely book this place again in the future. Only downfall is that there are tons of birds that are always looking for food. Keep your stuff put up. We learned the hard way. "
