"Peter keeps a modern, tidy and very comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the 2nd floor of very complex in Rio Grande just steps from a pristine beach. Our family of four enjoyed a wonderful week over New Years swimming and boogie boarding in the ocean, relaxing at the beach with the beach chairs and boogie boards provided, swimming in the pool and cooking meals in the well appointed kitchen that had everything we needed. Having a kitchen stocked with new appliances, blender, toaster, and staples like olive oil, s&p and other spices, made cooking a breeze. Features like filtered water and a Brita for the refrigerator are the kind of extras that made staying at Peter's condo truly special. "
