"Arrived when Guestify office open so checked in with a person. I did see a lock box next to our apartment so I would guess check in easy even after hours. Staff very helpful and had great info on Porto on our arrival. The only problem was we had booked and had confirmed a specific apartment through Hotels.com but we were moved to a different apartment at the front of the building so could be a bit noisy.
