It said there are 4 rooms, there are only 3. The other sleeping area is in a hall way or on a mezzanine above the living room, so no privacy. "A family vacation of 12 people for 5 days. The group included participants from the age of 3 to the age of 70. Everyone found their place. We managed to fall in love with this great lake. For us, the ability to kayak and bathe in the lake every day and in addition to hike in the surrounding mountains made the vacation amazing. Stefano, the owner, was attentive, generous, and helped with everything needed. We will definitely visit again. highly recommend."

"We had a lovely, relaxed stay on Lake Orta. Mariagrazia and her agent were very communicative and eased the handover on arrival. The property was spotless and faultless in all respects with ample living space indoors and outdoors, and the kitchen was well stocked... the kayaks and table tennis in the basement were a bonus. We enjoyed swimming in the lake and walking to the local restaurants and bars. Bravo Mariagrazia!"

"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."
