"This is a beautifully updated house that handled a large group well. The location couldn't have been better for booting up and hitting the gondola or walking to town. And the benefit of 2 parking spots on downtown Telluride cannot be understated. "

"10/10 recommend! We came up for a quick weekend stay as a family of 4 - kids ages 5 and 1. The condo was exactly as advertised and more spacious than expected. Bed and couch super comfortable . Hosts were friendly and responsive. Right off 550 but not noisy, and Great view of purgatory and mt engineer. Only con is a lot of construction around but that’s everywhere in Durango right now and did not bother us."

"Absolutely gorgeous cabin with attention to details to make you feel at home. Things like spices, tea selection, coffee, and quick snacks along with some condiments. The linens and beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were appointed with nice towels and bathing products. The host, Kathy, was prompt in answering all questions. There’s not a better place to stay in the area. Looking forward to a return visit. Again, can’t say enough about the attention to details. "

"This place has all the basic things you may need for a comfortable stay. Location is great, parking is a super plus. I stayed almost 3 weeks for work. Nothing fancy, what you see in pictures is what you get. Worked perfectly for my needs in Telluride!"

"Quiet, clean and incredible views! Surrounded by mountains and aspens. We saw several mule deer, chipmunks and heard what we think was coyotes. There was evidence of a bear (if you know what I mean) but we never actually saw any. It was a wonderful relaxing week with breathtaking views out every (huge) window . John was very helpful and only a text away if we needed anything. Highly recommended!"

"Place is in a beautiful spot to see the wonderful snow. Overlooking the mountains is spectacular. Lots of big bay windows to see everything. House was just the spot for our family. It is very close to the resort for skiing. There is a trailhead not for too. It is right in the middle between Durango and Silverton. I advise you if the roads permit to make a trip to Silverton and see the abundance of snow in the passes. "
