"You're a few blocks from Eaton Centre/Yonge & Dundas, easy walk that's enjoyable if your staying during warmer months. Room is very nice and clean, could be better stocked with toiletries but otherwise fine. The washing machine was finicky to use, but used to those types of dryers being finicky anyways having lived in Toronto condos. "Location and communication were excellent. We booked for 4 guests and there were not enough dishes. There weren’t pots and pans that worked with the induction stove. No kitchen linens and had to request more toilet paper. If you were intending to cook, it was not a possibility. Staff provided some of the items promptly but we shouldn’t have had to spend time dealing with this on our vacation as it was advertised as having a stocked kitchen. Also, window blinds did not work. "

"This was a pleasure trip and I wanted to be near the Arena's. 100% perfect location! Clean, easy to access, affordable and a less than 15 min walk to HHOF, Scotia Arena and the Roger Center. If you like Pizza, Grand Assembly is right across the street. Well worth it!"

"A wonderful stay at Rivet Stays - The Jarvis. Great views from the 38th floor looking out over Toronto. The apartment had everything we needer and was close in proximity to Dundas Square for the subway to get into union and around Toronto. "

Only awkward thing is meeting up with staff member for key and parking fob. Worked out fine but not smooth. Be patient. Overall great experience and would use again."
