"It could have been great… the apartment is nicely updated and tidy, but DIRTY! The good news is, this is an easy fix and I hope the homeowner will take heed. The bathrooms and kitchen were dirty and full of the homeowner’s personal items-weird and gross! Additionally, the beds were like sleeping on a slabs of granite! We stayed two nights, and between the dirty bathrooms and uncomfortable beds, we couldn’t have faced another night! "

"This cute little hotel is located very close to the Chinatown gates, bus stops, restaurants. There is a little market up the road for some groceries and cold wine/beer. The pub next door has good food. It is an older building with a narrow winding staircase, but it does have an elevator. It does not have that old building smell, though! "My partner and I were quite comfortable in this Terra Linda converted space, downstairs of the owners main house. As others have noted, it is fully equipped for needs and comforts. Very kind and considerately done! And if you're into remotes, you'll find the various customizable lights, 2 fireplaces and 2 tvs amusing and playful. We enjoyed being near my former Marin home and forever dear friends, with easy access to so much via Hwy 101."
