There are terrific playgrounds near the house for young or older children. Restaurants are numerous one or two blocks away. Bus transportation is on the street. Neighborhood was very quiet."

It is located in a nice neighborhood except that it is at the very corner of Geary Street with a cigarette store, which has constant cigarette smokers...
