"I would stay nowhere else when back in Florence!!! And would pray to get my beyond beautiful room overlooking the Arno once again. I was granted an upgrade without even asking. THANK YOU SO MUCH! The service is OUTSTANDING, including room service and breakfast (which is extremely generous and delicious and offers amazing views) and also concierge. Location is unbeatable: on the river, on one of the mist lovely piazzas in Florence and Via Tornabuoni is by any account the mist elegant shopping...

"My family and I stayed there for 2 nights, at the family suite. It was very clean and well decorated & furnished, with private pool and garden. The environment and view were good, staff were helpful, buffet breakfast got lot of choices. Highly recommended this lovely place "

"Beautiful property with fantastic pool! Great check in with Front of house- Valentina. Lovely 2km walk into the closest town along the Tuscan Hills. Valentina was by far the best customer service experience! Organised dinner reservations for us, drove us into dinner. Organised taxis and all other requests. She went above and beyond! Only improvements would be to have access to an iron/ironing board and to offer bike hire."

"Very detailed checkin instructions over email. On day of arrival, the hotel also left a letter at the front door as how to get access into the hotel. They also provide a free map with highlighted routes from hotel to the main square in Siena via walking (about 15 minutes). Highly recommended for family stay in Siena."

"Beautiful castle that would be so much more enjoyable with just a few changes. Windows need to be able to attach to shutters so will stay open and not blow closed with wind. Basic items such as toilet paper, seasonings for cooking, more comfortable twin mattress, ability to order basic meals at restaurant if wanted. "
