"Batam center is not interesting. Harris Hotel is OK, close to the ferry terminal andopposite a large Shopping center. It has big rooms and a good pool. Restaurant is good, but relatively expensive."

"The staff were all very nice and friendly. I was really disappointed to find out that the beach is closed at this time of year. Booked 3 nights here for the beach pics advertised. Pool beautiful. Food was just ok for us. Mattress very hard. Rooms need updating. Very low iccupancy due to Covid 19."

"Old and outdated. We have put in request eg non smoking room but was not being fulfill. The only good point is that it is within walking distant to Grand Mall."
