The property may be a bit aged but they are making efforts to upgrade the property progressively. The spa was world class. I am a seasoned traveler and the spa here was one of the top. This was my kids’ first time and I have to say I have spoiled them starting them with one of the best spa experience. Simply beautiful. A very memorable trip for my family. Returning to Batam after over 20 years, I was spoiled. Tried three resorts in Batam and this one wins hands down. Next time, I want to try the in-villa bbq. Sean and Michelle"
