"We were located in the annex, across the road, with on street parking. 1 flight of stairs to room which was sufficiently sized for an overnight. Tea/coffee and biscuits supplied. Bathroom well stocked, but lots of condensation as there was no window or fan? Builders were working on flat roof right outside the window which was a bit of a shock for both of us! Would recommend this hotel"

"Apart from them not expecting me, they weren't doing breakfast and the telly was broken, I have no complaints. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was just what was hoped for with a comfortable bed and functioning hot shower. A bit pricey for a pub in April."

"Nice hotel, and the most popular venue in Dolgellau. Ensure you arrange your evening meal before 8pm, as everything stops serving early (out of season), including the hotel. Was extremely disappointing to be left with just a kebab shop at 8:20pm, with absolutely no alternatives. Town has some nice eateries, but everything shuts early and it feels like a ghost town by 9pm. "

"We had a delightful stay at the Castle Cottage. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The room had eveything we needed. We had dinner at Pattras which was delicious, thoroughly recommend the restaurant. Breakfast in the morning was good, overall we had a lovely stay and would come back :)"
