"Exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and a short walk away from Saint Gervais town Square. Lots of restaurant choices and places to rent skis. From where we rented our skis in the town Square we hopped on the town’s free bus that took us over to the Saint Gervais upper gondola,, easy peasy. At the end of the day, we rode the bus back to the town Square where we stored our skis for the night. We skied both San Gervais and Maev with ease. "This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. "
