"Excellent location in the old town area. Close to shops, restaurants, lake and Christmas Market. Loft was clean and had an equipped kitchen with everything we required. Having a washing machine was a great bonus, Outdoor terrace is very private and would have been great to use if the weather was a bit warmer. Check in was easy and host replied to messages quickly. Would stay again if back in Annecy. "

"We stayed here a couple of weeks ago. We were met by a lovely lady called myriam who showed us everything on arrival. "We had a great trip to Annecy and this apartment was just perfect. Beautiful view, comfortable furniture, great location. Cedric met us for check in and check out, and the whole process was super easy. We walked into town a few times a day, as it was an easy walk from the apartment. There were even some nice extras like a cart to take to the market and some grocery bags. If we ever come back, we’d definitely stay again."
