"The apartment is located in the middle of Annecy's old town - you really can't live closer to the center. It offers a fantastic immersion into the old town and has been lovingly furnished. However, there are a few points that the host could work on: There were four of us in the apartment, which is possible in terms of space, but the equipment was often only for 2 perons (cups, glasses). "We stayed here a couple of weeks ago. We were met by a lovely lady called myriam who showed us everything on arrival. The place and the views are as stunning as the photos and the area very peaceful. The pool is great and the owners should they be there when you are are lovely and very helpful. There are plenty of walks around the area but too far to walk into annecy itself. There are also plenty of nice places to eat. We didmt get the weather but that is no ones fault would highly recommend and...

"We had a great trip to Annecy and this apartment was just perfect. Beautiful view, comfortable furniture, great location. Cedric met us for check in and check out, and the whole process was super easy. We walked into town a few times a day, as it was an easy walk from the apartment. There were even some nice extras like a cart to take to the market and some grocery bags. If we ever come back, we’d definitely stay again."

"The apartment gets 5 stars for location. Directly situated in the old town, the apartment is in the heart of historic Annecy. The apartment itself is clean but no frills. For $2000 euros (for 8 days) I would have expected more, maybe a welcome basket?! I booked this through Expedia but it is managed by another company. I was not able to make contact with the owners during my stay."
