"The apartment is located in the middle of Annecy's old town - you really can't live closer to the center. It offers a fantastic immersion into the old town and has been lovingly furnished. However, there are a few points that the host could work on: There were four of us in the apartment, which is possible in terms of space, but the equipment was often only for 2 perons (cups, glasses). "A well located apartment which is spacious and has great views from the large balcony and is as pictured. 15 min walk to lake and centre of the village with good choice of restaurants and cafes, we would recommend Auguste. Communication clear and prompt with secure parking in gated apartment block which is also very quiet. Would recommend."

"Love this condo and location which is a 7 min walk to the old village of Annecy and the scenery from this property is spectacular. One small recommend, I think the condo would benefit from curtains in both bedrooms to assist with privacy and morning light."

"I would return without hesitation because of the location and cleanliness of the apartment. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the balcony because of a wasp problem and our car didn’t fit in the garage but we almost always found space in the visitors spaces. Fans provided in each bedroom but it was very hot without A/C. That said, we enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to others "

"About 10 mons before we were due to check in we received a text saying it wasnt ready even though it was the agreed check in time. We waited over an hour and had no more communication so went to the property. It is a nice apartment in a great location but it was very damp and had clearly had an issue with flooding. This meant our stay was not very pleasant as the apartment smelt damp and continued to get worse as the shower is poorly designed. In addition the previous guests has taken the fob...
