"Good location for the golden circle, relatively close to Selfoss, guesthouse clean and comfortable, good to be able to have use of a kitchen. Would stay again Only downsides was kitchen was missing oven trays and the kettle was temperamental as to whether it worked. Bed linens were also quite thin and seemed quite old "

"The owner was so nice and helpful. And the house was very charming and quiet in the countryside. "

"Cozy wooden cabins in a nice location and a delicious breakfast. One thing to note is that cabins are joined in a longer house and are thus not soundproof - we could hear our fellow travelers talking, snoring, using the bathroom etc. The farm is now building another series of such cabins - perhaps they can take note of this issue especially for bathrooms - not nice to have to listen to your neighbor urinating when you are enjoying a glass of prosecco after relaxing in a nearby spa (Fontana)"

"This guesthouse is very good for the area and type of accommodation. Very friendly and quiet. No hassle Or waste of time to check in or out. Dinner was amazing and above average in Iceland (balance quality-price was quite good). Breakfast very good (by far very close or even better that most 4*hotels that I have ever been). Very cozy and warm room in a particular cold area."

"This is a very quiet property, and each "little house" is set so that you have privacy. The interior is very small - perfect for a couple or a couple with a small child - but we did end up putting our suitcases back in the car so we'd have a little more floor space. Check-in (and out) was easy. The house has a great view of the valley. We were hoping for clear night skies (which we did not have, but definitely not an issue of the property. "This is a phenomenal hotel. It is very modern and new, clean, and super stylish. We loved our stay. The bed was so soft, the rooms were ample with amenities. The restaurant was excellent. Has to be the best buffet breakfast I’ve ever had—mimosas included. Hello?!!! The dinner was also fantastic. It is literally across the street from Geysir. Definitely book this place If you want a chic place."

"Lovely hotel - doesn't look that impressive from the approach road, but lovely inside - the dining room is particularly nice with large windows looking over the valley. Excellent location as very close to Gullfoss - around 5 minutes drive. Staff were lovely at reception and in the restaurant. Food - both dinner and breakfast - were very good, with a good selection at breakfast. Room was nice - twin beds as requested, clean and warm and with a nice view over the valley. I stupidly left my Kindle behind and have since been liaising with the hotel who are going to mail it back to me - very kind! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. "

"Excellent stay for a couple. Hot tub was amazing. Got to see the northern light from the hot tub. Great cottage, clean and fully stocked with all necessary essential. Only issue which many have commented on was the shower which leak waters underneath. Easy fix with sealant. Overall amazing stay and highly recommended. "
