"Very clean and spacious room, even though I booked a single room. Bathroom was lovely, lovely shower, and local Icelandic shower gel which smells incredible! Great coffee/tea machine that you can help yourself to 24/7, great for those times when you need to be awake at 2am for an Aurora run. Lovely views of Laugarvatn lake and beautiful mountains on the other side. Great location in the golden circle close to Friðheimar tomato farm, Þingvellir national park, Geysir and Brúarfoss to name a few. Few minutes walk to the lovely Laugarvatn Fontana geothermal baths. Would stay again. "

"This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are very nicely appointed and relatively large. The room we had has a view of the Geysers (well, the steam clouds) across the road. Being directly across from the Geysers is nice because you can tour the geysers for a few hours before the tour busses arrive. The food service was excellent. The breakfast buffet is included in the price of the room and was great. We also had dinner at the hotel. The dinner menu is limited but what we had was very good, but a bit pricy. There is no other dining options unless you want to take a significant drive."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Heima Holiday Homes. The property was beautiful and modern, with everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable—even the sofa bed! Our only wish was for a microwave. Unfortunately, it rained throughout our stay, so we didn’t get to see the Northern Lights. However, I can tell that on a clear night, this would be the perfect place to watch them. One of the highlights of our visit was being warmly greeted by their lovely dogs, Moi and Katla, every morning and whenever we arrived. It made our stay even more special! 💖"

"We were a group of 5 couples from Wales visiting Iceland for the first time.The White House is an amazing place to stay ,even better than it looks in the pictures It was warm, comfortable ,very well equipped and just a lovely place to stay.Its on the Golden Circle a short walk from the Tomato Farm ,which was a great place to experience and have a meal If you want to be sure if getting a table booked before you travel We were very lucky to get a table without booking .The host Agla was lovely and very responsive to messages .The hotel tub was really big and the temperature was just right I would highly recommend the White House and it's location."
