"I had made a reservation at a hotel that didn't exist yet. I lucked out with people working around the building and talked to them about my situation. I eventually got in touch with the manager. He was amazing and even transferred my stay to another lovely hotel and drove me there. The Origin hotel may not be ready yet, but if he's still there when it is, I have no doubt it'll be amazing to stay at."

"The property was opened prematurely. Website said breakfast was included which was why I selected it over a competitor. There was no breakfast service available. The elevator was not functioning. The check-in/out system was not functioning so my request for a partial refund was impossible. The room was small. No refrigerator in room or ice that could be found. Everything was new but it did not meet my needs or expectations."

"I will admit that the Georgian Terrace was a lovely experience. Their speakeasy was wonderful and everyone was super friendly! We were upgraded and it was a lovely experience in all regards. The only thing was it's right across from the Fox Theater and that made some times to leave busy but the Valets, Front Desk, and all the staff in the restaurants were absolutely delightful! I will say that it is a bit outdated in terms of tech and decor but I didn't mind that in the slightest! It was a lovely experience. "

"This property was amazing for me and my family. My husband really loved it and he is usually the one who doesn’t like anywhere we stay other than home, however we really enjoyed the space, view and cleanliness. The only thing we didn’t like was it didn’t seem like staff look under the beds for trash. Other than that, everything was perfect. Staff was very polite. "
