"Wonderful hotel! Location is perfect-one block to main square, within walking distance to all sites, shops and restaurants. Hotel is a beautiful, historical "mansion". Lobby area is comprised of small parlor-type rooms. Staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are decent size with comfortable bedding. HIghly recommend. "

"Amazing stay at this hotel just after Christmas. Perfect location to explore Bruges on foot. Our room was massive which was a lovely surprise! And the breakfast was delicious - hot buffet (bacon, eggs, sausages, pancakes), fruit, cereal and an amazing bread and pastry selection. We parked at the station and got the free shuttle bus into the main square, then only a 5 minute walk. Will definitely book again when I’m in Bruges! "

"Wonderful hotel, city centre location, excellent staff, lovely well appointed room. It is a particular bugbear that when you stay in a hotel with facilities, you are charged to use them. We booked a massage, we had to pay not just for the massage, but to use the 'spa' - a sauna and steam room. I understand paying if you are not a guest of the hotel - but as a guest, it annoys me and frankly I don't return to any hotel which applies this policy. "
