"We stayed 2 nights in the Sun Terrace Room. We loved the proximity to the downtown and the ease of walking to the highlights we wanted to see. Jorge was excellent at communicating with us and very clear details on how to access the property. We arrived early and although our room wasn’t ready, the staff was helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage in the back office until we could access the room. "This property was centrally located in the heart of Lisbon. The property was immaculate and well appointed. The area was on a quiet street with a great view of the city. Our only issue was the number of stairs we had to carry our luggage up. Marisa was a great help, and she arranged for someone to help carry our luggage down, as well as arranging for transport!
