"I arrived with my confirmation and told the desk clerk(Alex) about my reservation. He checked and wasn't able to find it because i made a mistake and put the wrong date. Super nice and tried to help, but I had to correct it with Hotels.com. I was able get everything corrected in a few minutes over the phone. Room was clean, no carpet, which we liked. The noise in this area is loud with the traffic, and people driving through the parking lot thumping music. "

"The room was clean and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. I asked for a first-floor room and received one, however the first floor is actually half a stairway down from the parking lot at the back of the building. And the second floor is half a stairway up.
