"Staff very accomodating and quick to respond to a minor service request we had. Due to winter season some amenities not available but would recommend and will return ourselves next time we have a trip to Reno. We do not generally do breakfast at the hotel so we did not miss that but for folks who want that - only a restaurant option available."

"Property was really nice. Lots of good places available and close. The one thing that truly made me rethink staying there was a dog who seemed to be left in the hotel room unattended. The dog barked all day everyday and super early in the morning(5-6 am) . This was awful bc no one wants to experience this especially for those who might have checked in late or people who are driving long distances. That was the only down fall i found which was huge for me and my partner."

"The room was clean and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. I asked for a first-floor room and received one, however the first floor is actually half a stairway down from the parking lot at the back of the building. And the second floor is half a stairway up.
