"The hotel itself was beautifully fitted out, and in a superb location, and the staff were absolutely lovely. However there were a few niggles that stopped it from being really great. Firstly, the bed was very hard, and the duvet was far too heavy for the weather. The lack of aircon meant that I had to sleep under the duvet cover (not a problem as such, but a separate sheet or lighter cover to lay on top would have been better) but the two combined meant i didn't get a great night's sleep...

"Room size and facilities were great - kitchenette a real bonus. Location could not be better. The hotel offered a quiet space in a busy part of London. Easy access to Charing Cross and Embankment stations. Will certainly use it again."
