"Very friendly & accommodating staff. He gave recommendations for restaurants & shopping. The lift was not working so getting luggage up the steps was extremely cumbersome although staff helped. The breakfast was excellent. Overall a very nice stay."

The front desk worker was helpful giving us directions to get back to Lyon via public transit."
