I might suggest some better signage for people to park and to nowhere to go into check-in. Another positive is that my car didn’t start the morning. I needed to leave and they came and boosted it without charge. That is fantastic customer service!"

"Our go to resort in Vail on a yearly basis. The hotel is great and the hotel staff is amazing!! Just the ski store that is in the hotel and connected to it called TRUENORTH has a manager and an assistant manger who were despicable racist people. It is a shame that they have these people deal with children passing through the store all day (as it a mandatory passage way to get into the hotel). They are rude abrasive racist individuals. "

"The price is amazing for a cabin at Grand Lodge. We had more than enough space that included two suites. The view was amazing The proximity to everything was amazing. The Breckenridge gone priceless only negative I would say would be some of the staff at the grand Lodge towards younger mid 40 gay men. "

"It was a quick trip for us, three nights. We chose it because we wanted to be able to park the car upon arrival and not use it until departure. Everything is there on site. There was no reason for a car during our stay. It is a beautiful property. The service is excellent. The grotto and hot tub are our favorites and of course the skiing. "

"Very clean, roomy, comfy bed, nicely appointed kitchen. We walked 8 minutes to Golden Peak to get early start on skiing in the mornings and took the convenient condo shuttle back in the afternoons. We walked 15 minutes to Vail Village one night for dinner. The owner is super communicative and punctual. The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful."

"This property is a private residence within the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch. Unit is on same level as spa and we were able to enjoy use of the fitness center, steam room and grotto. Small kitchen is perfect to make breakfast/ snacks. Very quiet - we never heard any of the people above or next to us. The location is perfect- just steps from the chair lift. Staff is amazing! Highly recommend! Courtney was excellent to work with. "
