We also utilized the same-day laundry service and concierge services for finding places to eat and to visit. My mother actually had a medical emergency while we were staying there and they quickly got her a cab to the emergency room a few blocks away and allowed us to extend our reservation while she was being cared for. They went above and beyond for us and it's a really nice and comfortable hotel even if you don't have an emergency!"

A short stroll to the bay of Portofino where all the action is on the waterfront. The staff were so friendly and kind, they really took great care of us.
