"First of I want to say that booking was easy and accordingly but after we paid for the stays the host failed to communicate with us. We were one hour late on accessing the house, the heater wasn’t turned on as we asked for so we couldn’t utilize it at all. We tried calling multiple times when trying to contact the host and she would not answer she even hung up on customer service two times. The place smelled bad inside and we also had to provide our own toilet paper. This will be the last time...

"The house is in a great location. Close to the big parks. 25 to 45 minutes depending which one. Theres lots of grocery stores around and many restaurants. The house overall was good. A little banged up in places. There is no working air conditioning upstairs. So it was very hot. We had small children and the plates and bowls were all heavy ceramic. They need plastic ones. Overall it all was good."
