"We really loved the location, however the room was pretty basic and some things weren't as advertised such as a double sofa pull out which is really a single for one person. "

"This is a very large property with so many units. We went in early February, supposedly the low season. I don’t know how it is during busy season, but during my stay, it was quiet, clean and quite nice. It is conveniently located with many dining options around. I have enjoyed my stay."

"Everything was great we truly enjoyed ourselves except we were disappointed with Kenzies. we went to dinner at 7:30 on Sun 2/9 ordered pizza only for the waitress to return and tell us they were out of pizza, so we ordered a flatbread, again the waitress returned this time to tell us the pizza kitchen was closed. At this point we left and went off properly to get dinner. What restaurant closes the pizza kitchen at 7:30 on Superbowl Sunday!"

"The pool may feel a bit public since the parking lot surrounds it, and the road to go into hotel is off a big road. Customer services can use some development, desk staffs were blunt and perceived unfriendly. Room is great though! Tinted window providing good privacy, parking is super open and easy to maneuver "

"My family lives in Orlando so I visit and stay at hotels several times a year. All my preferred hotels were booked this time, so I took a chance on this place and now it's my new favorite. It's really a time share-type of place with multiple buildings but the lobby and concierge services are hotel-like. Nice pools, hot tub, golf course, and lagoon. The on-site restaurants and market are pretty meh, but the parking is free (not true elsewhere) and I'm happy to go off-site for food. For the price...

"Cottage could’ve been a bit cleaner in regards to the floors/stairs, and some stains on the furniture in living room. The transportation was great with the free pick up and drop off around the property with the shuttle. Beds were comfortable. I had issues with my card from out of the country and Margaritaville worked with me on that. Overall a great time"
