"Overall I had a good experience. Friendly employees. The buffet was good. The restaurants were good, however I was there for 4 days and could not get a reservation for the steakhouse there was never availability. The rooms were good including the mini bar but I had had minor issues where the phone did not have batteries nor the scale in the bathroom. I did want to note that booking through Expedia, I had a dedicated agent and she was delightful and attentive. "

"Very nice all-inclusive resort in Montego Bay area. The staff was very polite and courteous. Food was good, drinks were nice and rooms clean. There were events every night which kept a very festive vibe going. My 5yr old daughter enjoyed every bit of our stay. They also have cabs to drop you to the airport at very reasonable prices and almost zero wait times. No need to worry about transportation back to the airport at the end of your trip. "The property and staff could not have been any more spectacular. Our family group of 20, including a 7 month old and 17 month old, had every need met including delicious meals, perfectly served, and luxurious days lounging around the pool. Photo's do not do this wonderful private resort justice. The staff was nothing but dedicated to our comfort and enjoyment. Linda ensure everything was well prepared and always available to assist throughout the process. We can't wait to go back"
