"Nice setting, across the street from a park. Some jazz clubs within easy walking distance. I checked in after hours, and left early, so I never saw another human being, except for one or two other guests, But everything worked very smoothly."

"Overall we had a great, peaceful stay. On our last day we ran into car trouble and the hosts were very gracious and understanding of the situation allowing us a later checkout and to store our things in the garage as we made other transportation arrangements."

"My husband and I were thoroughly pleased with our stay at David's property near Boston. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the home as well as the proximity to Boston and all it had to offer. The parking was easy and there was even the option to park behind the house off street. We did both. Sometimes we parked out front and sometimes we parked in back. "Tom was a great host who was immediately available when we had an issue at the condo. He worked dilligently to resolve the matter. We had never been to Boston, so we were pleasantly pleased with the area. There are plenty of restaurants & shops just steps away. Parking is a nightmare in Boston. We rented a parking spot from Spot Hero. Our spot was a couple of blocks away. We unloaded our car out front & parked it for the rest of our trip. Our only wish was that there was cable or ability to watch TV at night. The host mentioned there was a satellite only and there were only 2 channels that came in from the satellite, but they were mostly garbled and unwatchable."

My only suggestion is to send the check-in/out instructions sooner than 1 hour before as I was told to contact the host by VRBO and had a mini panic but the hosts got back to me quickly and all was good."

There were also a limited number of utensils and minimal cooking equipment. 3 of the 5 stove burners did not work. The place was convenient to the bus and a short walk to the train. Would stay again."
