"Pros: The house was clean, easy to find, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was modern and up to date. Shower was very nice. Free street parking. Cons: very little kitchen amenities, no kleenex, and very loud thumping / noises upstairs from 11:00 - midnight the night we stayed there, which was a Saturday night."

"Nice property for 4 adults in a very convenient location. The downtown area and RISD campus are within walking distance, along with restaurants and shops. Be aware (for those with mobility issues) that there are stairs into and within the apartment. The two bathrooms are accommodating and the kitchen has basic necessities. Street parking is allowed, but only during certain hours - we had to move our vehicle at 8:00 am to a spot a few blocks away. A few minor complains....no lights on the...

"The property was the perfect spot for us to stay in between Providence and Newport, RI for 2 nights on our family road trip. Both spots are ~20 mins each direction. There isnt much to do in Fall River, MA but since we were out exploring all day, it didnt matter. His guidance was right on point! I have been working on the Mayflower and Colonial times study with my daughter we loved the sites and hands on attractions. Would love to visit again!"

"This was newer remodeled in an older neighborhood. This is a very basic VBRO, not a luxury for the amenities provided. I am not familiar with the area but it was convenient with some nice restaurants in the vicinity. They did a good job, its nice, but not complete when we stayed. Property manager was prompt in assisting."
