"Due to facility issue the hotel cancelled my reservation the day before my intended stay, which is New Year’s Eve. They did provide an alternative option for accommodation. But the main reason for me to book here is it is by the water and the alternative one is 20 min walking to the water so I turned down the offer. Because the free cancellation period was over I was charged by and later refunded by the alternative hotel so there is no financial loss. However this late notification did cause...
