"We had a very good stay in the room with a view enjoying the good restaurants, the nice SPA and the swimmingpool. We got very good service also for planing our excursions and visits to local restaurant in Rapallo. The shuttle was a very good service. From a sustainability-wise, we could have used towels and sheets a bit more/longer. The late night music on the veranda was a bit disturbing. "

"Staff at front desk is super friendly. Room was very nice size. Loved the shower and the size of it compared to other hotels on our travels. Loved we were located right next to the castle but unfortunately it was closed for renovations. Also close to the train station and we took a nice walk along the water and over to Santa Margherita for shopping and dinner. "

"The perfect location to base yourself rather than Portofino - the walk to Santa Margarita and Portofino is amazing and a must do. So much more to eat/drink and the other towns Hotel staff were great, the hotel rooms had everything you needed - good value for money "

"Really good value for money. I stayed in the single room as a solo traveller. Room was clean and comfortable. Small, but comfortable. Water was hot and there was a small fridge in the room. Staff were very warm and helpful. If you’re on a budget, this is a great option. "
