Located in Flower Riviera, the villa is perfect for a peaceful vacation amidst the hills enjoying the sea view. It has 2 bedrooms to host a family of 4 and comes with heating, terrace, and barbecue. An amazing experience awaits you during your morning walks. The region with its Ligurian terraced fields or "Fasce" (a UNESCO World Heritage site) is truly a delight to the eyes. You can breathe in the fresh air as you walk through the 10.000 m2 olive yards. The harbor of Rapallo is also nearby. Grocery and catering services are available. The villa comes with paid heating and there is a fireplace and wood stove in the living-dining room. Bring your pet, as the home allows 1 pet at € 30/Stay. The kitchen is modern and the veranda perfect for morning coffee. The balcony on the first floor has a splendid sea view. You can try the barbecue and relax on the terrace with a furnished garden enjoying the greenery. There is safe parking. Check-in between 4 – 6 PM and check-out between 8 – 10 AM.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung
Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind super nett und die gesamte Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert. Der Ausblick auf Rapallo ist grandios. Der Olivenhain rund ums Haus gleicht einem botanischen Garten. Pflanzen-Interessierten geht das Herz auf. Alleine der Aufstieg zum Haus ist sehr anstrengend und daher nur was für fitte Leute! Gepäck und Einkäufe können glücklicherweise mit einer Seilbahn nach oben transportiert werden.

Super schönes Haus
Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Aussicht ist wunderbar! Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und es war alles vorbereitet, u.a. auch ein "Erstüberlebenspaket" mit Spaghetti und Wein. Wer gut zu Fuß ist und die Natur liebt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben! Vielen Dank!

Unvergleichbare Unterkunft
Wer mit dem Treppensteigen klarkommt, wird mit einer absolut beeindruckenden Unterkunft belohnt. Wir haben schon viele Häuser gebucht, aber dieses hier ist eine reine Entdeckungsreise durch einen Garten in dem man immer wieder was Neues findet und ein Haus das mit so vielfältigen Dingen aus den letzten Generationen gefüllt ist, das man tagelang immer wieder an einer anderen Ecke mit einem Lächeln stehenbleibt. Der Wahnsinn und echt romantisch! Kein Vergleich zur Hektik in den Hotels.

Misschien is het huis wel het mooiste wat we ooit geboekt hebben. Echter, de bereikbaarheid is zeer slecht. Je moet met de auto enkele kilometers over een smalle bochtige weg met enkele passeerpunten. Vervolgens dien je 100 meter een trap te overwinnen. In de zomerhitte is dat best een opgave. Voor de rest is de genoemde airco gewoon een binnenunit met te weinig capaciteit, internet is slecht en het huis is niet echt schoon. Al 2 weken last van vermoedelijk bedwantsen. Geteld aantal beten 400. Nee, dit nooit meer. Sorry, Het is niet anders.

Bei der Ankunft gab es eine Sprachbarriere der Vermieterin. Traute sich nicht Englisch zu reden. Ansonsten sehr nett. Eine Information über die viele Stufen (206Stück) zum Haus sollte in den Angaben stehen. Ebenfalls sollte über Wildtiere (Wildschweine) informiert werden und speziell Hornissen (Allergiker)! Für Hunde ist die Unterkunft nicht geeignet. Sehr schlecht eingezäunt, wenn man mit dem Hund spazieren möchte, muss man jedes Mal die ganzen Treppen hoch und runter und darf den Hund nicht unangeleint auf dem Grundstück laufen lassen. Vergitterte Fenster und dann nur eine dünne Glaseingangstür sorgen nicht für ein tolles Sicherheitsgefühl gegenüber großen Wildtieren.

Aankomst was wat onduidelijk. Eigenaar was er zelf niet maar had een vrouw gestuurd die alleen Italiaans sprak. Maar we hebben ons gered. Het uitzicht van de accommodatie is onbetaalbaar. Een fantastische ligging in een privé olijfgaard. 2 nadelen: vanaf je auto moet je dikke 200 traptreden lopen naar het huis en je moet douchen in de badkuip en zelf vasthouden. Verder prachtig mooi!

De inspanning van de traptreden is de moeite zeker waard! Na het beklimmen van de ruim 200 traptreden kom je in een oase van rust terecht. Je bagage kan bij aankomst en vertrek met een kabelbaan worden getransporteerd. Je hebt een schitterend uitzicht over de omgeving met de baai van Portofino in de verte. De tuin is weelderig en er zijn meerdere terrassen om te zitten en te relaxen. Het huis heeft een goede standaard, alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Het huis heeft geen luxe standaard, maar de inrichting is degelijk en voldoende, aan het meeste is gedacht en de faciliteiten zijn in goede staat. Wel moet je als je niet in bad wilt, de douchekop vast houden om te kunnen douchen, er is geen douchestang. De weg vanuit Rapallo naar het huis is wat smal, maar goed geasfalteerd. Let wel op met de onderkant van je auto bij de parkeerplaats bij het huis, de oprit vanaf de weg naar de parkeerplaats is wat aan de steile kant, maar als je rustig en voorzichtig inrijdt, gaat het goed. De eigenaar is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een heerlijk vakantiehuis op een schitterende locatie voor degene die van rust en natuur houdt.

A wonderful experience! Wir haben bereits einmal eine Woche hier verbracht und sind jetzt sehr gerne wieder hier gewesen. Das Haus liegt exponiert über Rapallo und die Lage ist einzigartig! Besonders das große, sehr gepflegte Grundstück hat und beeindruckt! Olivenbäume, Rosen, Kräuter und Eidechsen überall! Stefano sorgt für einen sehr freundlichen und unkomplizierten Empfang. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders der Grill hinter dem Haus war uns eine Freude! Das Haus hat 3 verschiedene Terrassen, jede hat eigene Vorzüge! Alles in Allem eine wirklich schöne Zeit, wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen!

Ein großartiges Haus mit einzigartigem Panorama ! Ideal zu zweit oder dritt. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der sich um alle Sonderwünsche kümmerte ( mehr Holz für den hervorragenden offen Kamin u.a.) und schon Kaffee, Wein und Olivenöl bereit hatte. Perfekt zum Entspannen inmitten der Natur. Etwas zu viele Kakteen, die auch im Haus überwintern. Der Steinweg zum Haus wird jeden Tag angenehmer - und es gibt einen Lastenaufzug. Taschenlampe ist nachts nötig. Ein Aufenthalt in der Casa Panoramica ist absolut empfehlenswert.
