"The maid from El Salvador was extremely helpful in dealing with a broken Keurig. I had my iced tea in a very short time because of her. Little things matter. The receptionist bothered to look up my account, and I realized that I was not getting points for my stays. Again, a bit extra on her part. Even if an employee was not interacting with me, they always smiled and acknowledged by presence in passing. As I said, it’s the small things that matter,"

"The property is clean and quiet. The only downside is the eating/lobby lobby is cold and needs some heat. The staff is superb. I travel several times a year in several major hotel chains and this staff (from dinning, cleaning, and front desk) have all been exceptional, even learning our names. Thanks"
