"This was our first time renting a house on one of these sites. The house inside is clean and nice but the area it’s in is not so great. Wasn’t aware that there are 2 houses on the property. Parking is terrible . One night we had to park 3 blocks away. My husband wasn’t happy. I was worried out our truck that night. I should’ve checked reviews prior to booking and I don’t like that you have no idea what area you will be in until after you book . Also it was cold, especially in the back...

"This property is absolutely gorgeous and is located in a great area. Grocery stores in each direction, eateries and easy access to the highway. It was located just a few minutes from my kids apartment. Must try Pam's Donuts and Frozen Yogart. They have the best apple fritters and donuts in Vista! I will return in December and plan to stay at the same location."
