"Our stay was very nice. The room was clean and the staff was very very nice and polite. They also let us check in at 9:00 am because our room was ready even though their check in is at 4:00 pm. I was scared bc some of the reviews are bad but honestly those must be very very picky people. "

"Very nice hotel, spa facility and services. Spa folks were helpful in guiding me on customizing services. Gym was spacious, equipped well enough for convenient workout (wished they had weights). Would have preferred snack bar at lobby to have healthier options. Hot tub outside was nice, pool heater was under repair. Area outside unfortunately/ sadly had housing displaced person, but I never felt unsafe. Will stay again."
