"Our room had a partial ocean view. The other part was the cruise ships that come and go daily. It was fun to have them just appear quietly. We love Key West and have been visiting for many years. First time at this location and we'd do it again. Perfect spot for walking to most of our favorite places. The room was freshly decorated, comfortable, clean and fun. The staff was courteous and accomodating. Next time we will try the restaurant."

"Beautiful hotel with gorgeous view and wildlife. Excellent breakfast, view of the ocean from the pool/lounge area. Chickens, birds, and iguanas will join you for breakfast outside. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash was provided. I could connect my streaming service to the tv. Loved this hotel. "

"It was well renovated on the inside interior of the rooms. Friendly staff that communicated extremely well."

"Check in was very slow and very odd. The person that checked us kept saying if we didn’t like our room we could switch… for a fee. There ended being nothing wrong with the room so it seemed to be just a way to get more money above an already expensive price…the balcony door wouldn’t close but they fixed it right away… there was an issue with our cabana but they took care of that too. Restaurant was good. Beach was nice with no rocks but it was too cold to swim. "
